Lifeng Lai have a degree in Ph.D. in Political Science, Associate Professor. He is currently the dean of the School of Public Administration of Shandong University of Political Science and Law, the deputy secretary-general of the Shandong Provincial Administrative Management Society, the director of the Shandong Law Society, and the researcher of the Shandong Social Governance and Rule of Law Research Center. His research interests are Public policy, legalizing grassroots governance. He Published 2 personal academic monographs: "Research on the Influencing Factors of Policy Implementation of Grassroots Civil Servants" and "Public Policy Process and Performance Evaluation"; He has presided over 1 Shandong Provincial Soft Science Research Program, 1 Shandong Provincial Social Science Planning Project, and 2 Shandong Humanities and Social Sciences Projects. At the same time, he has published many papers in core journals such as Resource Policy, People's Forum, and Leadership Science, which are core journals in Chinese and English.
